Cheques for fees originating in the UK should be sent to the National Westminster Bank, using the Bank Giro slip attached to the bottom of the invoice. When transferring money from your bank to the School's bank, please make sure that the pupils NAME and SCHOOL NUMBER are included with your payment.

Payment Arrangements

The Foundation prefers that termly invoices be paid by Direct Debit. An alternative arrangement available for parents is provided by Holmwoods Termtime Collection ('HTC') wherein HTC pays the fees to the Foundation on the first day of term on behalf of participating parents & parents in turn repay HTC monthly via Direct Debit. Information about these arrangements, including forms, can be obtained from: The Fees Manager, Mill Hill School Foundation, Walker House, Millers Close, The Ridgeway, London NW7 1AQ (Tel: 0208 959 8131).

Late Payment Charge on Overdue Accounts

The Foundation will charge up to 1.5% per calendar month on any outstanding account balances which are past due (due date is the first day of term).

Overseas Pupils

For ease of administration the School is obliged to make a requirement for a deposit of one term's fees applicable to the pupil and in accordance with the Fees list. The deposit will be repaid by means of a credit to the fee account after the final term. Until credited the deposit will form part of the general funds of the school.

The initial termly invoice will show two term's fees due and in line with the 'Standard Terms and Conditions' of the Foundation, payment is required before the first day of term. Please allow time for bank clearance.

From the second term onwards parents will receive an invoice charging one term's fees plus disbursements, which they are required to settle in full.

Extras

Parents should note that half a term's written notice is required to discontinue an extra or half a term's fees for the extra will be immediately payable in lieu as a debt.
