A Sporting Tradition

Belmont has excellent sports facilities set in stunning, landscaped grounds for both boys and girls.We have netball courts, rugby and football pitches, Astroturf for hockey, rounders pitches, cricket squares (including artificial surfaces), tennis courts, a woodland cross-country course, and a gymnasium.

Games, PE and swimming are all timetabled in the curriculum. During the games lessons, girls play netball, hockey and rounders, whilst the boys play football, rugby and cricket.Tennis is a very popular sport for both boys and girls.

PE lessons are held in the gymnasium and on the outdoor all weather surfaces. Swimming is taught in the new 25m pool at Mill Hill School.

There are fixtures in a wide range of sports and opportunities for all to take part in the competitive matches. We organise sports tours both in the UK and abroad.
